An old world sur lees Rhone. Unfiltered and unsulfited. Naturally protected through a process called battonage, a process of using the gross lees as a flavor and balance enhancer. Aged in Neutral oak for 9 months giving the wine what little micr-ox it needs before bottling. Very Big Wine. Can be drank now or aged in the cellar.
