This dry Rose was named after its ability to incite desire in those who drink it. During the bottling of this wine it was brought to James’ attention that two of his closest friends who had been a part of the original barrel tastings drank the wine and knew that they were destined to marry. They did so six months later and attribute their passion for one another to that fateful day drinking wine out of 2nd generation French oak barrels.

Pressed a half hour after crush, these Syrah grapes fermented using yeast to enhance the nose and palate. Unlike most Rose’s, The Jezebel is lightly effervescent and not overtly sweet, yet rich in fruit flavors such as watermelon, strawberry, and pomegranate.

Pairs with fresh fruits, warm weather, and a wooing nature.
