Limited Quantity!A true German Ice wine. Frozen on the vine while grapes are still maturing, Halloween night ’06. The result is a sweet desert wine that has balance in acids. Never flat or boring. An almost Sherry character brought from the neutral oak fermentation. The absolute crème ala crème. |

The JezebelLimited Quantity!This dry Rose was named after its ability to incite desire in those who drink it. During the bottling of this wine it was brought to James’ attention that two of his closest friends who had been a part of the original barrel tastings drank the wine and knew that they were destined to marry. They did so six months later and attribute their passion for one another to that fateful day drinking wine out of 2nd generation French oak barrels. Pressed a half hour after crush, these Syrah grapes fermented using yeast to enhance the nose and palate. Unlike most Rose’s, The Jezebel is lightly effervescent and not overtly sweet, yet rich in fruit flavors such as watermelon, strawberry, and pomegranate.Pairs with fresh fruits, warm weather, and a wooing nature. |

The OriginalIn the fall of 2008, James and a small group of close friends were harvesting these grapes when James’ wife was heard calling for him from the mouth of the Snake River Canyon. Assuming that there was trouble the grape pickers rushed toward her voice, before them was a young fawn, struggling to free itself from rusted barb wire left behind from the neighboring border fence. As James and his friends released the fawn and took it to the Idaho Fish and Game for medical attention the group was reminded of their role on the earth… “The Original” care takers of this garden. A German style fermentation took place in stainless steel using very special yeasts to create this off-dry Riesling. It is separate from the average American Rieslings in that it has been tested at negative residual sugars and leaves your mouth with a crisp, refreshing flavor. |

The MonsterWhen these grapes were two years old an intense lightning storm crossed over the valley. An electric bolt shot from the sky and ran down the wires bracing the grapes from the ground and setting fire to the meadow below them. Though there was no permanent or unhealthy damage done to the land it is believed that the powerful and strong flavors of these grapes are due to the surge of electricity shot through them at such a young age. It is from this that they were named “The Monster” in reference to the classic mythology of re-animation. Rich caramel flavors with a hint of anisette and well rounded berry. The wine is big, powerful, full bodied, and smooth in its finish.Pairs with rich meats and cheeses. |

Limited Quantity!The Fat ManThis wine has one of the most humorous tales. Stacked high in the cellar in its neutral oak barrels nearly reaching its end at the hand of an obese invader. Four months into the aging process, a drunken neighbor broke into the wine cellar to undoubtedly swipe more drink. He stumbled into the base of the wine racks causing one of the Merlot barrels to break loose from its bracing and fall upon him. Surprisingly, the fat man was not hurt and neither was the wine. His girth cushioned the fall of the 550 pound barrel and miraculously caused the barrel to only bruise his back and roll to the ground. Due to the laughter gained from this occasion no charges were pressed and the wine was in fact named after The Fat Man. Chocolates & Raspberries on the palate. This Merlot is smooth and full bodied. It is not heavily acidic, but washes down with an astoundingly relaxing finish.Pairs with rich chocolate desserts, strawberries, red meats, cheeses, and pastas. |

The JesterInfused with the spirit of song and dance, The Jester waltzes across your palate bringing with it rich wild berry flavors. When the glass is held to your ear the light effervescence sings songs of joy. It does not hold back its subtle sense of humor either. As you drink The Jester you are overcome with laughter and the desire to seek out adventure and fun. This sparkling red is a blend of Malbec, Cabernet Savignon & Merlot. This wine is versatile in its ability to be drank at room temperature, chilled upon preference, immediately after corking, or corked for several hours adding to its unique personality that can cater to your individuality. Pairs as a daily drinker, fresh salads, or with rich meats and cheeses. |

Limited Quantity!Something new. This sur lees style Riesling was aged in neutral oak for several months before bottling. The result gives the Riesling more character and depth without the addition of oak flavor. Three different harvest times balance the acidity with the residual sugar. Two years in a row People’s Choice Award TVWS 2006 & 2007. |
