It’s shaping up to be a busy month at Holesinsky’s!

The time has come to bottle some of our wines for the 2010 summer markets. Throughout April we will be bottling our 2009 Riesling, 2009 Chardonnay, and our 2009 sparkling white, Moscato d’Buhl. In addition to these varietals, there are going to be very limited vintner select 2009 Bone Dry Riesling, 2009 Rose, and a 2009 Special Harvest Riesling. Come visit us this month to see the winemaking process!

The winery now boasts a 20 acre native park area with three ponds, a babbling brook, and Idaho wildlife. This newly developed area is perfect for anything as large as a wedding or family reunion, but also a nice getaway for small barbeques and private parties. The grass will start sprouting this month, and as soon as it does we will have pictures available on our website.

We are completely sold out of the double-gold winning 2008 Rosé and as a celebration, we are offering barrel tastings to the visitors of the winery. Also, to show our appreciation (and make room for all the new wines) the 2008 Medley is on sale for $10.00.
