Sparkling wine isn’t an afterthought here. It’s something we have intentionally invested in. From production choices to specialized equipment imported specifically for sparkling wine, everything is designed to protect freshness, texture, and precision. The goal isn’t just carbonation. Buhljolais Sparkling Cuvée
Bright, expressive, and full of energy. This sparkling cuvée opens with notes of key lime and meringue, followed by crisp Granny Smith apple, fresh citrus, and ripe pear on the palate. Everything lands in perfect balance, with a clean, refreshing finish that highlights the purity and vibrancy of organically grown Chardonnay. This is the bottle for classic celebrations, seafood towers, and people who genuinely care about good bubbles.
Unicorn Sparkle – Sparkling Rosé of Syrah
Leaping out of the glass with bright raspberry and lemon rind on the nose, this sparkling rosé doesn’t hold back. Fresh strawberry fruit dances across the palate as the bubbles tickle your taste buds. Full, lively, and undeniably joyful, the finish is smooth and satisfying. Guaranteed to make you smile and probably pour another glass.
Liquid Quack – Sparkling Moscato
A bright, playful expression brought to you by Mr. Quackers himself. Aromas of orange peel, citrus zest, and orange meringue jump out immediately. The palate on this sparkling Moscato is surprisingly textured, with a luscious mid-palate balanced by a subtle graphite minerality. It finishes clean with a fine, mineral-driven effervescence that keeps it from ever feeling cloying. Fun, yes. But also… legit.
Idapeach Sparkle
Everyone’s favorite Peach Sangria kicked up a notch. Juicy, fresh peach aromas pull you in, and the first sip is like biting into the ripest peach at peak season. Sweet but balanced, with playful bubbles that make this one impossible not to enjoy. This is the bottle that turns “just one glass” into three.
Idapeach Seltzer

The first official mic-drop seltzer in the industry. Made from 100% Holesinsky Estate Syrah, cold-fermented in stainless steel to preserve bright, youthful fruit, then blended with pure sparkling Idaho mountain spring water. At just 7% ABV, it’s all natural, with no city water, no artificial colors, and no artificial flavors. Clean, bold, and unapologetically Idaho. You won’t believe what you just put in your mouth.
