This medium acidity, JH Vineyard Syrah is aged via anaerobic fermentation (carbonic maceration for four months, no oak). She’s both cherry pie and a cool drink of water.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE: Dry, cherry wood.
MOUTH: Cranberry, sweet tobacco.
FLAVOR: Sour cherry, cold stone fruit, raspberry purée, gooseberry.
