This French inspired Chardonnay is barrel fermented in 100% neutral French Oak. Yellow apples, almonds, and a touch of smoke lead the way to a surprising light bodied chardonnay. We make our Oaked Chardonnay the only way we find it tolerable... light, crisp, and with high acidity. A wonderful characteristic of our Estate terroir.
